At CorTechSoft, we have developed software technology which provides relevant knowledge to the key personnel as they are working.  Our software will integrate within the existing work environment software, and as the work progresses, the key information will be provided to ensure quality decision making.

Even more, our technology is able to validate the decisions, to ensure they meet requirements.  It can review work to ensure it is complete.  It can suggest solutions to problems, and can automatically generate data derived directly from the inputs and the knowledge base.  And should you disagree with the results, the system can help you change the results to whatever you find more suitable.

How it works
To create this integration, we define a basic knowledge framework describing the work your department does, and tie that framework into the data model your software uses. After this, your standards, requirements, goal, priorities, processes, catalogs, and/or input data can be added to the knowledge base as you choose.  

That's all there is to it!  The knowledge you specified is automatically integrated into the framework; the framework is already linked to your software; and the program can already perform all the functions described above.

Entering your knowledge is an easy task, and can be done incrementally.  Our technology does not expect or require the knowledge to be complete nor to fully define every aspect of your job.  You can provide as much or as little as you have available and have time to enter into the system.  Of course, since our software will save you time for every bit of knowledge entered, even a small investment should quickly pay dividends and enable you to reinvest into ever-more increasing efficiency.

Applications
This technology can be applied to many many application areas, including for examples, business management, document processing, product development, and tool design.

In the area of mold design, for example, our technology can integrate and collaborate on evaluating moldability, optimizing part cost, generating estimates and quotes, checking and advising on mold design, and instructing CAM software on what to machine.  This technology has been patented as Process and system for designing molds and dies - US Patent 7117055
